We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and highly organized full-time team member with our company and the assisted or independent living communities we support to join our growing team. Sobe Rehab is Florida’s #1 PT/OT/ST therapy provider in Assisted Living and Hospice programs. We are growing and looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR department in managing onboarding, recruitment, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is committed to delivering exceptional results. They should be a team player, organized, efficient, and driven. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. While previous experience in healthcare administration, specifically in the realm of the HR department is preferred, we are open to considering candidates from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: RecruitmentOnboarding

  • Search for new candidates on Indeed and other job boards
  • Contact applicants via text, call, and email
  • Schedule and update interview trackers
  • Facilitate interviews and follow-up with candidates
  • Complete background checks and process results

Employee ManagementCommunication

  • Assist with therapist missing forms, and Workbright onboarding system
  • Update and deactivate providers in Raintree as needed
  • Send compliance forms and follow up on expired documents

HR Operations

  • Manage trackers and internal HR spreadsheets
  • Reference checks for new hires
  • Assist with compliance tasks and internal audits

Administrative Support

  • Daily emails, texts, and Ring Central message review (taking action as needed)
  • On-the-spot support for urgent tasks assigned by leadership
  • Create staff recognition badges and send out announcements

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years HR, administrative, or therapy recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Tech-savvy; experience with Workbright, Raintree, or similar HR/EMR software a plus
  • Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
