Responsibilities
  • Provide local Administrative HR support to managers and employees with various HR related issues
  • Input accurate personnel information in Time
  • Register employees in the Timeclocks
  • Train employees on the clocking in and out process
  • Acting as a timekeeper to verify employee timecards for compliance on a weekly/biweekly basis
  • Verifying employee work hours and updating missing punches and resolving discrepancies
  • Running and processing various time and employee reports on a consistent basis
  • Running payroll reports and sending employees hours to payroll and recruitment agencies
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties and filing of employee personal records
  • Assist HR Specialist in phone screening, background checks, interviewing of Warehouse and Material Handler roles
  • Managing the vacation hours accruals and sending reports to departmental leaders monthly
  • Coordinating with recruitment agencies personnel on agency workforce matters
  • Following up with absences from the contract team members.
