Responsibilities
  • taking care of and administering all common correspondence focused on the HR process;
  • ensuring the completeness of digital personnel files, keeping the data in the HR system up to date and passing on relevant mutations to relevant parties;
  • point of contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues with questions about mutations submitted via digital workflows, terms of employment and (social) legislation and regulations;
  • contributing to the optimisation of work processes within the department
