JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. SKILLS

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings and coordinating interviews through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy through diligent data entry practices.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and orientation materials.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the administration of HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft and Salesforce to streamline HR operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to organise training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed, utilising HR data effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
