Reporting into one of our Team Leaders, you’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative group who are at the heart of delivering excellent HR services across the business.

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to influence, engage and build working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Be proficient with IT and able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with HR systems experience desirable.
  • Have experience of working in a service centre environment with a passion to deliver great customer service.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Action HR administrative tasks in William Hill’s SAP SuccessFactors system, such as new starter process and updating employee and job information.
  • Maintain all employee personnel files using the online filing system, ensuring full adherence to document retention guidelines in line with GDPR.
  • Triage and resolve or escalate people queries via phone or email as required within the agreed SLAs and KPls.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our people and help guide them through situations, providing the highest levels of resolution, support and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Payroll, Systems, L&D and Recruitment, as well as Business Managers and our people, to ensure complete adherence to processes and collaborative working.
  • Propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls.
  • Support ad-hoc processes and projects as and when required.
  • Support others within the team and work collectively when needed.
