Description Summary: Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and the Human Resources Department. This role serves as a key point of contact for team members, supporting a wide range of personnel, compliance, and employee engagement activities. Performs related duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Serves as the first point of contact for team members visiting or contacting the Human Resources office, providing a high level of customer service and coordinating employee visits as needed. Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of employee events, recognition programs, and HR-led activities. Responds to employee inquiries and requests, escalating matters as appropriate. Assists with research initiatives, special projects, and departmental initiatives. Schedules meetings, interviews, and appointments. Assists with compliance efforts related to federal and regulatory requirements Prepares correspondence, processes mail, and performs clerical duties. This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the business needs of the company. Supervisory Responsibilities: This does not have supervisory responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge: HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements. HRIS and timekeeping systems. Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time management skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Abilities: Maintain confidentiality. Work independently and as part of a team. Adapt to changing priorities. Coordinate employee interactions in the HR office. Requirements Job Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED/equivalent. Must be 21 years of age or older. One (1) year of administrative or HR-related experience preferred. Experience with HR Systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects. Frequently required to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone. Ability to work in an office environment with standard equipment. Work Environment: Employees working in the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.
