QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or administrative capacity.

SKILLS:

Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Personal Attributes: Discreet, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies.
HR Queries: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management as necessary.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and verification of attendance records.
Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and maintain training records.
Policy Implementation: Assist in disseminating HR policies and ensuring adherence.
Administrative Tasks: Support general HR functions, including preparing reports and documentation.
