JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and HR processes. The HR Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, including recruitment support, employee record-keeping, onboarding, and offboarding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and employment law is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation, scheduling orientations, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Help coordinate employee training sessions and performance review cycles.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents such as offer letters, contracts, and compliance forms.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure up to date paper work.
  • Help organize HR events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
  • Assist HR Manager in HR projects at hand.
