HR ASSISTANT – (7-MONTH FULL TIME MATERNITY LEAVE COVER, POSSIBLE EXTENSION)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people-focused HR Assistant to support our busy HR department during a 7-month maternity leave cover, with a possible extension. You’ll be a great communicator, comfortable working in a diverse team, and excited to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
  • Previous recruitment and onboarding experience
  • A people-first mindset and friendly and patient communication style
  • Experience in team building, performance evaluation, internal communication, and succession planning is desirable
  • Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment and immigration related legislation and standards
  • Solid computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets
  • Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of initiative and commitment
  • High level of organisation skills
  • Available to start in the position end of August or earlier as need it
