HR Assistant – Job Description * Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related documents.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Track attendance, leave, and other employee information.
  • Assist with payroll documentation and benefits administration.
  • Respond to routine employee HR queries.
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Ensure HR documents are properly filed and kept confidential.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
  • Prepare basic HR reports as required.
  • Typical requirements: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; good communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; attention to detail; confidentiality; and basic knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.
