Job description of HR Assistant
· Employee Record Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
· Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
· Employee Relations:
Addressing employee inquiries, resolving minor HR-related issues, and escalating complex cases to senior HR staff.
· Benefits Administration:
Assisting with enrollment in company benefits programs, processing leave requests, and answering employee questions about benefits.
· Payroll Support:
Verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and assisting with payroll processing.
· Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, staying informed about updates, and implementing necessary changes to HR processes.
· Administrative Support:
Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating HR-related events.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree: in Human Resources or a related field.
· Minimum 01 year experience as an HR assistant or in a similar HR administrative role.
· Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
Experience in visa processing or employee licensing (e.g., DHA/MOH).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office word & excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,250.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
