WE’RE HIRING: HR ASSISTANT – GROUP OF COMPANIES | BASED IN DIP (FEMALE - SPEAKER/IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE-OWN VISA PREFERRED)

Join a dynamic group of companies as an HR Assistant supporting the Group HR Manager with strong communication skills, fluent in Hindi and English, and possess basic HR knowledge.
Freshers with a keen interest in HR an a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Days: 5.5 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations and administrative functions of Group HR activities.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
  • Liaise with various departments to support and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Handle attendance, leave tracking, and document management.
  • Prepare basic HR reports using Excel
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in Hindi and English
