Hawk Automotive Group is looking for an individual to join our HR/Payroll team as part- time. The Human Resources Assistant will assist to ensure that the HR operations are managed seamlessly and within compliance. This will include providing administrative support and maintaining all procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recruiting assistance with online job postings, reviewing candidates, and scheduling job interviews * Complete pre-employment screenings and onboarding process * Assist in the off-boarding process * Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries * Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws * General administrative duties as needed   REQUIREMENTS: * 2+ years of experience in HR role or relevant internship experience * Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Solid organizational skills and mindfulness * Time management skill with ability to meet deadlines * Analytical problem-solving skills * Proficiency with MS Office * Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus   This is a part-time position with a possibility of becoming full time in the future in accordance with growth of the workforce and needs of HR Department.
