ABOUT US:

Houzon is a growing organization in the real estate industry, committed to building a motivated, skilled, and engaged workforce. We are looking for an impressive, dynamic, and professional Female HR Assistant who will represent the Houzon Management Team with an excellent personality, grooming, and strong verbal communication skills. This role will support our Human Resources department in delivering smooth and efficient HR operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female candidate with a confident personality and strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience in Real Estate – Dubai preferred (freshers with HR internships may apply).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
  • Assist Management with day-to-day operations, administration, and employee support.
  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates via Linkedin, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with UAE labor law.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases, and handle official correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company HR policies, and best practices.
