The Role We are seeking to recruit for summer season 2026 an HR Assistant/HR Officer who will work in alignment with all HR team members. Responsibilities: · Providing administrative support to Human Resources Business Partner · Compiling and updating employee records hard copies per Greek law and internal company procedures · Update and maintain up to date the employee’s personal information excel database · Review weekly shift schedules of all departments and upload weekly employee schedules in Ergani · Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of daily Digital Cards process & changes in Ergani · Assist in monthly payroll preparation · Recruitment: Post & remove job ads and support to the interviewing scheduling · Participates in the onboarding HR training sessions · Support in staff events and staff internal bonding activities · Support and accompany the Seasonal Staff in cases of sickness to local Health Centre in Antiparos or Paros · Support HR Manager with Staff Housing (ie escort new comers from-to the port, staff check in to their houses, handling staff requests related to their houses, check out process etc) · Support, handles and coordinates requests related to Staff Travelling in coordination with the local travel agency · Degree in Human Resources · At least 2 years of verified experience as an HR Assistant or relevant Human Resources/Administrative position in the Hospitality Industry · Familiarity with ERGANI platform and Digital Attendance Card process & regulations · Fundamental knowledge of Greek Labour laws and regulations · Greek literate and English language certification · Excellent knowledge of Word & Excel · Knowledge of HRMS will be considered a plus · Attention to detail and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; · maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data · Working on site & based in Antiparos from April 2026 to October 2026 · Car Driver’s license is a requirement · Vehicle availability is a plus Competitive salary & benefits Accommodation with cohabitation in staff house.
