KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
· Previous experience in a HR admin role (bonus – not a must!) Ideal for a Graduate looking for their first role within the HR sector
· Confidence working with databases and HR/MI systems
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· The ability to juggle multiple queries and tasks while staying calm, and solutions focused
· Strong written and verbal communication skills – you’re comfortable speaking with colleagues at all levels
· A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
· Excellent attention to detail and a passion for getting things right the first time
· A flexible, can-do attitude – you’re happy to pitch in wherever needed
