REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, etc.)
• Maintain employee records (digital and hard copies)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies
• Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking
• Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities
