An excellent opportunity to join one of Hull’s leading brands, Kingston Recruitment are currently looking to source an experience HR Assistant to join our clients well established team. This role is key to ensuring efficient HR administration and supporting the seamless delivery of people-related activities across the employee lifecycle.
The HR Assistant supports the HR Operations team in delivering first-level people services to all employees. This includes maintaining accurate employee data, coordinating employment lifecycle documentation, and assisting with employee relations matters. The role also collaborates closely with the recruitment team to support pre-boarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth introduction to the business.

FIXED TERM CONTRACT (6 MONTHS) POTENTIAL TO EXTEND £27,000 – £30,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
