Job Title: HR Assistant Location: Gov. Fermin Caram St., Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo Job Summary: The HR Assistant is responsible to the Performance Management System (PMS) of Support Departments (SD) in the CO, IC and field for consolidation and validation of the entire data in performance evaluations, and ensures the correct and complete supporting documents of all staff to provide the management factual information which ensures accurate and comprehensive reports on a timely manner. The OPS-SD is responsible to check and consolidate the staff planning forms to ensure accurate Key Result Areas (KRA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Annual Performance Expectations (APE) based on guidelines. Also, the OPS-SD will be served as the facilitator for the PMS orientation and other future activities, and is in-charge in coordination and/or communication with regards to the staff issues/concerns towards PMS-SD in all mentioned office above . Required Qualifications: A graduate of any 4-year Business related course preferably BS Business Administration At least 2-year experienced in Human Resource Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines How To Apply?
