REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Help prepare HR reports and documents as required.
  • Manage HR-related paperwork and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
