HR ASSISTANT MANAGER / EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGER
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join The Bonnington Hotel, Dublin.
This is a hand on role and an excellent and exciting opportunity for the right candidate wishing to further their management skills in the area of HR as well as people management.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Ø Manage and administer the entire recruitment life cycle
Ø Support departmental managers with staffing needs and people management practices
Ø Work closely with Heads of Department in resolving staff grievances or issues
Ø Manage and update HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance of same
Ø Manage communication of new hires and leavers through payroll department
Ø Support and monitor employee roster costs and targets.
Ø Lead and promote excellent communications throughout the hotel
Ø Support GM & MD with day to day operational challenges
Ø Lead training and development requirements in line with business needs
Skills Required:
Ø 3 years in a senior HR role, ideally in a Hotel or customer focused environment
Ø Ability to develop and build relationships with all levels of the business
Ø Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ø Excellent time management, organisational skills as well as attention to detail
Preferably CIPD Qualified.
