5 Day Workweek / Office Hours / Perm Position
West area / Near MRT

Job Description
Support in the review, development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programmes to ensure they are effective, relevant, aligned to organizational goals, objectives, market trends and competitiveness
Work with business units and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage talents
Plan, attend and follow-up for scholarships / sponsorship events
Administer and execute HR functions and processes, e.g. recruitment, orientation, benefits, compensation, awards, communication, industrial relations, staff wellness, scholarships / sponsorships, etc.
Participate and support in projects and events, as and when assigned or appointed
Support, promote and participate in events and innovation initiatives
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree. Post-graduate qualification in HRM will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Effective communications and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and organizational skills
