Job Description We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our HR team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave period. This role will support daily HR operations, employee administration, and internal HR activities, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Main Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR administrative activities Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records updated Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare contracts, declarations, and other HR-related documents Support attendance, vacation, and absence management Coordinate medical appointments and mandatory employee documentation Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies Collaborate with external partners when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in HR administration or HR support roles Degree or professional training in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or similar area Good knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR administrative processes Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Experience with HR software is a plus Fluency in Portuguese and good level of English – French is a plus About you: Team player with a positive attitude Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and empathy Additional Information Benefíts Competitive fixed remuneration Coverflex card, which allows you to use the meal allowance (€10.20 / working day) and access various flexible benefits Reimbursement of transport expenses up to €40 / month Private health insurance (AdvanceCare) Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday 60% teleworking per year Modern open-plan office in Sete Rios #LI-Hybrid Department: Corporate Business Line: Support & Corporate
