REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role (ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment).
  • Solid understanding of confidentiality, data protection (GDPR), and basic HR processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with HR systems would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases in line with GDPR and internal compliance requirements.
  • Support the coordination of onboarding, training sessions, performance reviews, and probation processes.
  • Support the management of the employee equipment asset register, booking stock in and out and monitoring of stock levels.
  • Working closely with third party IT support setting up equipment such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones in line with company policies.
  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment legislation.
  • Prepare HR documentation including policy communications, and meeting notes.
