Description

Moore Comfort Home Care is looking for a skilled HR Assistant to undertake a variety of human resource duties and clerical tasks. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and email management
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. copier,scanner,fax)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • 1 year Home Health Office experience or 2 Years Office Experience in another field
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

  • Administers onboarding and orientation procedures
  • Evaluates and updates employee files
  • Assists with recruitment efforts of new hires
  • Maintains agency compliance and program evaluation of employees and new hires
  • Employee discipline and documenting employee policy infractions
  • Assists management with payroll tasks: employee ADP registration, direct deposit and Axiscare set-up
  • Workforce development and employee retention strategies
  • Supports caregivers with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Performs HR audits
