QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree qualified in HR or Business Management or other qualifications in HR/Business administration (preferred but not essential)
  • 1-2 years experience in a HR or related administrative role (preferred but not essential)
  • You must have valid working rights in Australia
Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Coordinator to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time basis.
As the Junior Coordinator you will contribute to an exceptional employee experience while supporting the day to day operations of the HR team.

Your generalist duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the recruitment processes
  • Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
  • Performing general HR and compliance administrative duties
  • Maintaining accurate personnel files
  • Preparing HR documentation
  • Serving as a point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Providing HR support to senior staff members
  • Assisting with other day to day HR and compliance matters
  • Other office related duties as required
