You will assist in the day-to-day HR activities, providing HR support and employees at all levels, ensuring the best possible performance, and business partnering. Responsibilities

· Assist in managing employee Relations:Offer assistance through an open-door policy to foster dialogue. Advocate for and enhance employee engagement.

  • Assist in Attract, develop and retain talent by driving talent acquisition initiatives, conducting onboarding programs, assisting managers with the interview process.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters including leave of absence, worker’s compensation, benefits sign up.
  • Payroll. Administer the daily employee timesheet and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
  • Benefits management: Assist on administer benefit plans.
  • Reporting: work on headcount reports and payroll reports .

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Minimum of 1 years of successful, hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in talent acquisition ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Asscoiate Degree in Human Resources, Business Law or a related field a big plus
  • Thorough understanding of US employment law, regulations, and practices

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
