The Percy Hedley Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our Central Services team. You will support the HR function of the charity across a wide range of activities, including administering contracts and letters, end-to-end recruitment, taking notes, data processing, updating employee personnel files and general advice on HR matters.
You will work as part of a wider HR team and be flexible to meet the challenging needs of the service. You will have experience within HR functions and have an ability show empathy and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and difficult situations. You must show a positive and can-do attitude and a willingness to undertake challenging tasks. It is critical that the successful candidate has good attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of their work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also important as well energy, drive and enthusiasm.
