You don’t need previous recruitment experience. We’re looking for people with energy, personality and a commercial mindset. Sales, business development or people-facing experience is a big bonus.

What you will be doingBuilding relationships with technology candidates and clients
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Growing your own network and market
Developing new business and attending client/networking events
Working closely with Sales and Management
Building long-term client and candidate relationships

What we're looking forC1 or above - German language proficiency
B2 or above - English language proficiency
Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
Energetic, resilient and ambitious
Comfortable picking up the phone and building new relationships
Interested in sales, BD and recruitment
Previous recruitment/sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
