OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic admin team. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a human resources role or administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing applicant tracking systems.
  • Conduct data entry tasks related to employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining filing systems.
  • Help in the preparation of reports and presentations related to HR metrics and employee engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
