Job Title: HR Assistant – Recruitment (Preferred F&B Industry Experience)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our recruitment and HR operations. Candidates with prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or hospitality industry are preferred, especially those who understand the unique hiring needs of this sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or general HR.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR/recruitment systems.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, especially for F&B and hospitality-related roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Post job openings across various platforms and source potential candidates.
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate evaluations.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Assist in onboarding, offer letters, and documentation.
  • Support other HR functions such as employee records, attendance, and administrative tasks.
