We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong administrative background, and wants to build a career in Human Resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and induction of new staff
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and policy acknowledgements
  • Assist in coordinating training and development programs
  • Help ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and wider team
