Job Description Job Purpose: The HR Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the HR Delivery team, helping ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle and assisting with HR projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration & Support Respond to routine HR queries and requests via AskHR and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems. Employee Lifecycle Coordination Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing documentation and scheduling sessions. Help with employee changes and engagement activities as directed by the HR Delivery team. Policy & Compliance Apply HR policies and procedures under guidance, ensuring compliance with local labour laws. Assist with policy updates and provide feedback to improve clarity and relevance. Employee Relations Support Provide administrative assistance for employee relations cases, including documentation and scheduling. Performance & Reward Processes Help prepare data and communications for annual performance and compensation cycles. HR Data & Reporting Generate standard reports and check data accuracy for payroll and analytics. Culture & Talent Initiatives Support the local rollout of global HR programmes related to engagement and development. Qualifications Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: 1–2 years in an HR or administrative role (internship or entry-level experience acceptable). Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
