Job Description This is a role where you will have to support delivering HR business advisory services to enable Rotork to achieve the wider Growth+ strategy. As HR Assistant you will support the HR activities across the MEA & Turkey cluster, while also providing transactional support to the wider EMEA region. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to build a career within a global matrix organisation, with potential to progress into an HR Specialist role. Reporting to the HR Delivery Lead, in this role you will be involved with employee relations cases. You will be the first point of contact HR enquiries on policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, and staff benefits. Provide a range of HR administration activities related to changes within the employee life cycle e.g. preparing offer letters, contracts, and employee change paperwork, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding documentation. Supporting managers remotely across the MEA & Turkey cluster to ensure clarity and consistency in HR processes. This role would suit a determined problem-solver, an excellent communicator at all levels, an enthusiastic and multitasking approach with attention to details. Someone who can set clearly defined objectives, plans work well in advance, manages time effectively, monitors performance against deadlines and milestones. Who can demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude, listens, consults and communicates proactively, works well with other members of the team and develops self-insight on own strengths and development needs. Qualifications Experience Requirements: Experience working in an HR department in an HR Assistant or HR Administrator capacity. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise high‑volume administrative work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction at all levels. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Comfortable working in a regional, remote‑support environment within a matrix organisation. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across multiple countries. Discreet, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and ethical HR practice.
