Job Summary:   Responsible for providing service and advice to assigned account/s in the area of Human Resources and Administration specifically in the following functions:   Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Placement Payroll and Benefits Administration Employee,  Labor  and Community Relations Human Resources Information System         Training and Development Administrative Services Performance Management                 Responsible for ensuring that HR policies, procedures and other established operating standards are consistently implemented, and meet the current strategic needs of the Business in coordination with respective HR Account-in-Charge in the Division HR.   Qualifications:   Graduate of a four-year degree course preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or any related course At least 1-3 years related working experience Proficient Written and Verbal communication skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills Familiar with Microsoft Office applications With knowledge in Labor Laws and other statutory requirements relative to human resources Customer-centric Ability to consult and influence Willing to be assigned in City of San Fernando, Pampanga Fresh gradutates are encouarged to apply
