Your mission The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in administrative and operational tasks across recruitment, training, employee management, and personnel administration. This role is key to ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with company policies, and providing support to both employees and the HR team. Tasks and Responsabilities Assist in recruitment and selection processes: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling. Support in the preparation and management of employment documentation (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, personnel files). Provide assistance in payroll administration and track attendance, vacations, and leaves. Help coordinate and implement training and development programs. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases. Collaborate in employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and corporate events. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. Provide administrative support and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes. Your Profile Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields (preferred). Previous experience (0–2 years) in HR or administrative roles (internships or entry-level roles valued). Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with HRIS is a plus. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices (preferred). Soft skills: organizational ability, strong communication, attention to detail, proactivity, teamwork. Advanced level of English
