Description

HR Assistants must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills, as they often serve as the first point of contact between employees and the HR department. They should be comfortable working with HR software, Microsoft Office tools, and handling confidential information.

  1. Recruitment Support
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in coordinating the interview process.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their application.
  1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Prepare and process new employee documentation (e.g., offer letters, contracts, and tax forms).
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires, including introductions to company policies and benefits.
  • Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and the retrieval of company property.
  1. HR Database Management
  • Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal details, payroll, performance data).
  • Ensure HR records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in generating HR reports for management and other departments.
  1. Training and Development
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain training records and help employees access available learning resources.
  • Track employee training and certifications.
  1. General Administrative Support
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and organizing files.
  • Prepare HR documents and correspondence (e.g., employee handbooks, offer letters, and policy updates).
  • Manage HR department supplies and inventory.
