Description Due to a promotion, Stevens Industries is looking for a reliable and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Teutopolis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a busy, team-oriented environment. You don’t need prior HR experience—we’re willing to train the right person. What You’ll Do: Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Maintain employee records (both digital and paper) Enter and update employee information in our system Help prepare reports related to hiring, training, and employee activity Answer employee questions and point them in the right direction Assist with recruiting efforts and applicant tracking File, scan, and organize documents Help manage temporary employees and coordinate with staffing agencies Track employee programs like shoe vouchers, gym reimbursements, and PPE Process HR-related expenses and keep records organized Requirements What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good computer skills (Microsoft Office required) Clear communication and a willingness to help others Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Dependable and able to stay on top of multiple tasks What We Offer: We believe great people deserve great rewards.
