PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 1 year of proven experience in HR administration ideally in contact center industry
  • Knowledge of PT labor law
  • Very good written and oral communication skills as well as excellent organization skills
  • Fluent in English + Portuguese ( any additional language - french, italian, german - is a plus )
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Be able to adapt to changes and evolution
  • Good capability of managing stress and conflicts
  • High level of confidentiality and people oriented are also necessary requisites.
  • Willing to come to the office twice a week (mandatory)
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: 1,100.00€ - 1,350.00€ per month

Responsibilities

Support Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up and update of the HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Tools: contribute to the development, operation and permanent update.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties.

Administrative responsibilities:

  • Organize the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
  • Prepare HR related documentation such as declarations of employment or others
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and compliant with legislation.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; time and absence management, productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety.
