Roles and Responsibility / Job Description: * Ensure collaborating with HoD’s to understand skills and competencies required for all openings and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Source and screen CVs, organizing interviews and ensure proper documentations of Recruitment process. * Assist the HoD’s while collaborating with Training Team, both internal as well as external and ensure appropriate development of staff for alignment and achievement of organizational goals. * Ensure deadlines are appropriately met with for all Performance Appraisal process and feedback is provided to employees on-an-ongoing basis. Appraisal outcome must be quickly exercised. * Continuously be in touch with employees as well as HoD’s to ensure absolute touch-point at all times. * Performs routine tasks as required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation and benefits, time management, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, etc. * Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws. * Identify and suggest ways to improve policies and procedures. * Able to maintain and create MIS and present the same to Management as per the requirement.
Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will facilitate the hiring process by collaborating with Department Heads to source, screen, and interview qualified applicants, while also assisting with staff development programs in coordination with the Training Team. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely completion of performance appraisals, maintaining constant communication with employees and Department Heads, and administering routine HR functions like compensation, benefits, and disciplinary matters.
