Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, sorting emails, proper documentation, filing etc.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Timely payment of utility bills.
Maintaining proper records of bills payments, contracts, license and other documents.
Timely renewal of contracts, license & other required documents. REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Degree holder in related field required.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in the relavant field.
