  HR Assistant - Temporary Role/Full Time - Day Shift Position Summary: This position reports to the Director of Human Resources The HR Assistant will provide frontline support in the Human Resources Department.  This role is responsible for maintaining all HR and Employee Health files and forms, creating and maintaining benefit, new hire and leave of absence packets, assisting recruitment with scheduling interviews, ordering supplies for HR and Employee Health and badge machine, processing all mailings, maintaining filing and organization in file room for HR and Employee Health as well as assist HR Staff with calendaring and managing walk-ins.    Education: * High School diploma or equivalent required, some college desired Experience: * 2 years of HR experience desired * New Employee Onboarding experience preferred * Hospital/Healthcare experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
Provide frontline support to the HR department by maintaining employee health and HR files. Assist with recruitment scheduling, onboarding packets, and managing office walk-ins and supplies.
