Description

WHAT IS THE JOB?

– Contract to start on 27-07-20 until 31-12-20 with a possible extension.
– Act as the first point of contact into the HR department. Respond to queries where appropriate and refer to the HR Manager and HR Officers where necessary. Include the maintenance and monitoring of the HR inbox, helpline and SharePoint site.
– Assist the HR department in the on-going management of attendance cases, including the maintenance and management of the case recording database. Provide management information as directed and identify trends and issues to the relevant HR Manager / HR Officer.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

– Driving licence or the ability to travel around the Constabulary to other locations during working hours.
– IT literacy, including common office and database applications.
