QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School degree or equivalent, some college or college degree preferred
  • 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the Human Resources Department

SKILLS

  • Intermediate to Expert Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Database applications
  • Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to handle large volume of tasks successfully
