Overall job purpose
To contribute to the effective delivery of Staff and Elected Member training and development assisting colleagues to design, organise, deliver (where appropriate) and evaluate training.
Provide support to ensure high quality, effective and comprehensive training and development service across the Authority’s services, Elected Members and the Wider Care Community in relation to the Workforce Development Unit.
