Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Asia HR Operations Oversea and handle HR operational processes across multiple Asia countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards independently. Drive and assist in driving process standardization across regions to ensure consistency and scalability. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work. Project Support Participate in HR projects by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination from initiation through completion. Oversee and support project management activities such as tracking progress, preparing reports, and maintaining timelines. Collaborate with project team members to ensure deliverables are met and provide administrative support during meetings. Act as a liaison for information flow between HR teams and stakeholders regarding deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Process Documentation Develop, maintain and update swimlane process maps for HR workflows. Ensure current SOPs are accurate and assist in creating new SOPs when additional processes are introduced. HR System Support Demonstrate strong understanding of HR systems and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance and able to provide guidance to team and new joiners. Participate in HR system transition projects, including testing and implementation support. Teamwork & Collaboration Work closely with HR team members to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality service. Adapt to changing business needs and processes while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach. Model behaviors aligned with company values and contribute to a supportive team environment. Qualifications Degree in Human Resources field or any other related field Experience of using HR systems Strong communications skills Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences is preferred Good knowledge of Ms. Office Good knowledge of labour laws Good with organizational skills Have strong written and verbal communication in English Good in situation handling Experience in international organizations is considered an advantage Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
