POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR functions, employee follow-up, recruitment processes, and general HR administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
