We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our HR Department.
The HR Assistant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient support for the HR team, ensuring all stakeholders are provided with key information on HR processes and procedures.

EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Being the first point of contact for HR related queries from both Line Managers, team members, and third party providers.
  • Dealing with day to day queries (e.g. pay, attendance, policy guidance, benefits) and where necessary directing queries to the best person or team to deal with them,
  • Coordinating all HR administration, ensuring it is accurate and efficient, and embed HR processes and practices throughout the business.
  • Ensuring all benefits administration including E-points, fuel cards, company cars, healthcare and dental cover is up to date and accurate, taking into account changes that may arise (such as role changes, new starters and leavers).
  • Reviewing and sending contracts of employment in a precise and timely fashion, and ensuring new starters and job changes are reflected on our HRMS accurately .
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting when required, and ensure compliance with Company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of people systems and records.
  • Managing Purchase Order processes, liaising with the Finance team to rectify any issues
  • Responsible for our HRMS to ensure that people data is completed accurately, ensuring people are paid correctly and their benefits are accurately recorded
