Description POSITION SUMMARY: Performs management of office procedures and HRIS administration activities to ensure smooth and effective operation of the Human Recourses Department and maintains personnel files. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. POSITION DESCRIPTION: • Provide general support in updating and maintaining data in the HRIS System • Track and ensure all personnel files are complete and up to date; support the HR department in ensuring employees update required documents by deadline • Support tracking and posting of positions on agency website and other venues • Assist in the screening and dissemination of resumes • Assist with Recruitment/Onboarding • Responsible to gather and manage information for audit • Coordinate logistics of events led by HR; provide administrative support as needed • Ensure supplies are available to HR department • Assist in development and dissemination of forms; maintain VIP HR shared drive and ensure all forms and documents on the drive are up to date • Data entry and tracking of various HR-related activities • Maintain good working relationships with staff members throughout the agency • All other duties as assigned. Requirements • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field or experiential equivalent • Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in Human Resources. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and all its products. • Minimum 1 year experience working with HRIS preferred. • Strong Customer Service.
