Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain comprehensive digital and physical employee files, HR records, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and new hire integration processes.
• Facilitate employee visa processing, medical examinations, and Emirates ID applications in coordination with the PRO.
• Track attendance, leave balances, and employee movement data to prepare payroll input reports.
• Support recruitment activities, including schedule management, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Education & Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR administrative experience within the UAE; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Office suite, HRIS platforms, and digital recordkeeping tools.
• Key Competencies: Practical understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration workflows, payroll input preparation, effective communication, and discrete handling of confidential records.
